The Rotary Foundation transforms your gifts into service projects that change lives both close to home and around the world.
Since it was founded more than 100 years ago, the Foundation has spent more than $4 billion on life-changing, sustainable projects to make lives better in our community and around the world.
There is NO department at the Rotary home office responsible for spending Foundation funds. It is left to us, Rotarians in our District and in the 500+ Rotary districts around the world to come up with the best ideas to accomplish our mission.
The Rotary International Foundation Campaign starts in November each year. Make your donations at Rotary.org any time. With a $83 monthly donation you will receive a Paul Harris Award each Rotary year.
Based on the District's required 2019-2020 minimum per capita donation level to the Annual Fund, our Club qualified to receive District Grant money to fund domestic and international projects. The International Service Committee relies heavily on these grant monies. THANK YOU!
With your generosity and support this 2019-2020 Rotary year our Club donated $15,418 to the Annual Fund and $325 to Polio Plus for a grand total of $15,743. Thank you to the 41 Rotarians who donated to the Annual Fund and Polio Plus.
17 members are recognized with a Paul Harris Award with their donation totaling $1000 with cash and/or recognition points.
Thank you, Bill Busker, Peter Danjczek, Howard David, Shaun English, Lynn Holec, Bob Johnson, Mimi Kanda, Jill Kent, David Klaus, Steve Liston, May O'Brien, Nancy Riker, Rynthia Rost, Bob Schott, Bill Simons and Shelly Williams.
Your Paul Harris Pin awaits when we return in person for a proper recognition.
The Rotary International Foundation is one of the top three Foundations IN THE WORLD as per Charity Navigator. World Peace is the goal achieved by funding humanitarian projects making a difference one person and one community at a time.
Yours in Rotary Service
