The Rotary Club of Washington, D.C., hosted their virtual holiday party on December 23.

President Nancy Riker opened the virtual holiday party at 12:33 p.m. She welcomed participants. Visiting Rotarians introduced themselves.

David Klaus played the piano and led us in singing “Jingle Bells.”

President Nancy led us in a toast to Rotary and the new year.

Sergeant-at-Arms Bob Schott announced birthdays and anniversaries for the week.

We played a game led by Jaclyn O’Laughlin called “Don’t Get Around Much Anymore.”

Richard Schatz judged the holiday sweater contest and announced the winners.

Lisa McCurdy spoke about the Rotary Club of DC Foundation drive

Changamire performed David Foster’s “Grownup Christmas List” with her husband on the keyboard.

We watched a short video on the “meaning of the season.”

President Nancy adjourned the meeting at 1:30 p.m.
