W. Todd Miller
Todd has been a practicing antitrust attorney and litigator for almost 40 years and is the co-founder and managing partner of Baker & Miller PLLC, an antitrust boutique firm that just celebrated its 31st anniversary. He taught international and comparative antitrust law at the Washington College of Law at American University for 13 years (1997-2009).
Todd received a B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. His wife, Rebecca, is a retired family nurse practitioner and clinical faculty member. He has three children and two granddaughters.
He joined the Club in January 2021 and has held a variety of positions, including Treasurer of the Club’s Foundation (2024-25) and Co-Chair (2023-25, with Elise Egan) of the Community Service Grants Committee. Todd served as Club Secretary (2022-23); on the Club Board (2022-24; 2025-26), and the Foundation Board (2024-26). He has been given the Service Above Self award twice and the Rising Star award. Todd is a Paul Harris Fellow (plus 4).

To kick off the new Rotary Year, we will have the chairs of many of our operating committees present and ready to discuss plans for the upcoming year and ways for members to get involved.
