VisionStrengthening fellowships with service organizations to invigorate local communities.

MissionThe Community Engagement Committee (CEC) aims to foster bonds between Rotary members while strengthening fellowships between the Rotary Club and community organizations. The CEC seeks to expand upon existing partnerships with community organizations by joining their local initiatives to service the community. Through organizing engagement and volunteer events, the CEC presents opportunities to develop meaningful interactions with community leaders from various organizations while promoting prosperity in local communities through impactful service events.

Teens Run DC Virtual 5k
This past July, Rotary and Rotaract members participated in Teens Run DC 5k to promote their fundraiser

City Blossoms Kelly Miller Farm Workday:
This past August, Rotary and Rotaract members collaborated with the City Blossoms team to rejuvenate the green spaces at the Kelly Miller farm
